Puraire UVC
As the technology leader and the oldest name in the marine air conditioning industry, we have accepted the challenge of creating a new inline duct UV-C light design that is not only smaller than other units on the market but, more importantly, more effective than anything in its class. It’s called Puraire UVC and it’s built by the company whose name is synonymous with high quality and durability… Aqua-Air !!!
Features
< Units are the smallest available.
< Designed and engineered for maximum efficiency.
< Puraire UV-C ballast will accept a wide range of input voltage 110-230VAC.
< Sizes available are 6″ and 7″ with adapters for smaller sizes.
< Reduce mold spores, bacteria, viruses and fumes.
< Uses an intense UV-C light that produces no harmful ozone.
< Up to 98% reduction in volatile organic compounds and up to 99.9% reduction in bacteria, fungi and mold.
< Rugged, yet light weight welded construction.
Benefits
< Eliminate unpleasant cooking, tobacco, head and other odors.
< Enhance air quality.
< Cleaner air may lessen allergy and asthma symptoms.
As air circulates through the unit, non-ozone producing ultra-violet light reduces biological contaminants like mold spores, bacteria and viruses that pass through the system.
UV-C light energy activates the titanium-dioxide catalyst on the activated carbon cell. The molecules of pollutants and odors that come in contact with the carbon cells are reconfigured into non-toxic elements. Recirculating air makes multiple passes through the purifier, continuously improving air quality. Significantly cleaner, healthier air exits the unit with up to 99.9% reduction in bacteria and fungi and up to 98% reduction in volatile organic compounds.
